Your heart is precious. It is the only heart you have. Your heart is tender and bold and sensitive. Your heart has weathered many storms.
This month you will be connecting with your heart’s unique energy. Sometimes it’s hard to carve out time to just BE with your own heart and soul. When you do, you will become more and more familiar with the energy of your own soul.
I don’t know about you, but I often give my heart energy away without even realizing it. I am suddenly giving away my heart energy by over-empathizing with another person or with people in another country whose houses are being destroyed by war. Oops! I watched the news, where is my heart?
Or I am talking to a loved one and my heart jumps out of my energy body over to them and I am knocked off balance – by no one but myself!
Where is my heart energy?
Is it still inside my body?
Did I give it away?
What does it feel like when I have my heart energy firmly back inside me and flowing all around my system?
The meditation you will practice this month will help you connect deeply with the energy of your own heart.
You will have a chance to go into your inner landscape to find a quiet place by a small river that is completely your own. Then you will practice relaxing into the flowing river of your heart and let go of anything blocking you from having a full open heart.
One of the SECRETS to connecting with your own heart energy is to spend time with your heart and get to know it!
The other SECRET is to not give your heart energy away and to keep it firmly within your body. You can love others more effectivley when your heart energy stays centered within you!

When you have completed the meditation ponder these questions:
- What was it like to walk alone into the forest of your heart?
- What did your guide look like?
- How did it feel for your guide to be a bit wild?
- How did it feel to get into the river?
- When you were fully submerged in the river, how did it feel?
- Could you connect with your soul’s essence?
- What happened when your guide put a hand on your heart?
- Were you able to allow unconditional love into the closed off parts of your heart?
- What gift were you given to represent your open heart?
It’s so important to honor your own soul’s energy. It is so important to relax into your own river, your own rhythm, your own watery flow of life.
This magical river is there in your inner landscape all the time – every moment of every day. It is in a constant flow. Imagine going to check in with the waters of your heart every day. Imagine getting so familiar with your heart’s flow, that you can automatically tap into this flowing river. Wouldn’t that be wonderful?
But you must be able to leave everything behind and trust your path that will always lead you to your own center. No one else knows the path to your heart. You must be a bit wild, a bit daring to go alone to find your river. And there you will encounter your wild self, the part of you who loves being alone in your soul place.
Why should we open our heart and flow in the river? Because IT FEELS SO GOOD to recharge by the waters of your heart!
