The 5 Shadow Archetypes and Shadow Paths
Sometimes women wander off their path of power and spend time on a disempowered shadow path. We are committed to help you recover from the five shadow archetypes and shadow paths. We offer tools to overcome traps and shadow behaviors.
The five common traps women fall into and their corresponding Shadow Archetypes:
- The Victim: falling into victimhood and fear
- The Martyr: perpetuating our own suffering and self-sacrifice
- The Saboteur: creating chaos and sabotaging our success
- The Manipulator: controlling and manipulating to get what we want
- The Ghost: feeling invisible, isolated and disempowered
