Did you know there were pyramids in Bosnia?

I have been wanting to visit the pyramids in Bosnia for years and we’re finally going with my friend Crotalo from Damanhur. He has been many times and has agreed to lead our group to this amazing place. From Damanhur we can fly easily to Sarajevo from Milan – a short hour and a half flight.

 

We will spend 11 days in Damanhur and then 5 days / 4 nights in Bosnia.

THE JOURNEY

Visiting the Bosnian Pyramids is a fascinating experience. The Bosnian Pyramid complex, located primarily in Visoko, Bosnia and Herzegovina, includes pyramids, underground tunnels, stone spheres, and the Archaeological Park.

DAY 1 – Arrival at Visoko

Arrival at Sarajevo Airport, followed by the transfer to Visoko for the check-in at Hotel Vema. In the evening, we will gather for a welcome dinner and a presentation of the program.

DAY 2 – Pyramid of the Sun – Underground Labyrinth

In the morning, we will visit the Pyramid of the Sun, exploring its story through the words of those who discovered this site. Excavations and measurements have revealed the oldest concrete ever found on the planet. Next, we will enter the Ravne Underground Labyrinth, renowned for its healing properties due to the high concentration of negative ions in the air. As we navigate the tunnels, we will uncover various archaeological artefacts dating back over 29,000 years.

Lunch at Ravne Park, prepared by the local community. After lunch, we will explore the world’s largest archaeological theme park, where we can immerse ourselves in various experiences, including a spiral created by Damanhur. In the evening, we will visit Sarajevo, the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina, a city rich in history and cultural diversity, known as a symbol of integration, where we will have dinner together.

DAY 3 Pyramid of the Moon – Vratnica Tumulus

In the morning, we will hike to the top of the Pyramid of the Sun, where we will be guided through meditations to expand our perceptions and connect with the cosmic energies linking the pyramids. Afterwards, we will head to the Pyramid of the Moon, located in another part of the valley, to delve deeper into its archaeological significance. We will then stop for lunch, organized by the local community.

In the afternoon, we will explore the conical-shaped Vratnica Tumulus, a site that, through recent excavations, continues to fuel the mystery of the civilization that built it. We will continue our journey by returning to the underground tunnels of Ravne, where we will experience a meditation session, immersed in the healing energy that naturally emanates from these places. In the evening, we will visit Visoko, a charming town rich in culture and surrounded by enchanting nature, where we will have dinner together.

DAY 4 – Stone spheres

In the morning, we begin our journey towards the village of Zavidovići, not far from the border with Croatia. Here, we will find some of the largest and most mysterious stone spheres ever discovered. The area, surrounded by nature, offers a mystical experience and a connection with unknown energies. Some of these spheres have a diameter of over 2 meters, making them the largest in the world, comparable to those in South America. Their origin could potentially be linked to the builders of the pyramids.

Lunch will be prepared by the local community, using fresh, home-grown ingredients. In the late afternoon, we will return to Visoko to explore Ravne Park. In the evening, you will have free time to enjoy a lovely dinner, either at the restaurant in the hotel or in Visoko.

DAY 5 – Departure

After breakfast, we will head to Sarajevo airport, saying goodbye to Bosnia and taking with us the many memories and experiences we’ve gathered along the way.

“When Dr. Semir “Sam” Osmanagic discovered the first Bosnian pyramid, he suspected it was a find that could force the re-writing of history. But what he did not know what how extremely old this structure really was. The proof came in June, 2012 when a team of volunteers, led by archaeologists from Italy uncovered a fossilized leaf. They found it on the top of one of the covering blocks on the structure known as the “Mother Pyramid” or “Pyramid of the Sun.”

The carbon 14 test showed that the age of the leaf is within plus or minus 200 years of 24,800. This puts it at least 24,600 and as much as 25,000 years old. According to current history books, the oldest civilizations on Earth are the Babylonians and Sumerians, who lived around 5,000 years ago, so the Bosnian pyramids pre-date these ancient civilizations by ten millennia.”

 

Structural geometry and alignment – The Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun exhibits remarkable geometric precision with a slope angle of 35° and near-perfect alignment to true north (0° 0′ 12″), surpassing the orientation accuracy of the Great Pyramid of Giza. The pyramid’s rectangular base (1,051 × 876 meters) and volumetric estimate (112.9 million m³) make it the largest documented pyramid structure in terms of volume. Adjacent pyramidal formations-Pyramid of the Moon, Dragon, and Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun-form an equilateral triangle and align with Fibonacci spiral overlays, reinforcing the hypothesis of sacred geometric planning.

Subterranean networks and river dynamics – The Ravne Tunnel complex exhibits a sophisticated underground system with precise curvature, dry-stone support walls, and energetically favorable microclimates . River Fojnica shows a 90-degree turn near the Pyramid of the Dragon, and its path aligns with major structures such as the Pyramid of the Sun and Ravne tunnels-suggesting hydrological manipulation or site selection based on natural energy flows.

Energetic properties and environmental effects – Air ion measurements in the Ravne Tunnel complex show concentrations of negative ions exceeding 60,000 ions/cm³-several orders of magnitude above typical urban environments. Physiological testing on human subjects before and after exposure revealed improved oxygenation, lowered heart rate, and increased subjective well-being. Water collected from within the tunnels demonstrated unique hexagonal ice-crystal formation using Emoto methodology, indicative of high vibrational coherence and informational structure. These effects suggest a significant alteration in the molecular properties of water through exposure to pyramid-associated environments.

Celestial and harmonic resonance – The spatial layout of pyramid structures matches both Fibonacci spirals and overlays derived from the Pleiades star cluster. Notably, a Fibonacci curve drawn from the confluence of the Fojnica and Bosna rivers passes through the Pyramid of the Sun, Ravne Tunnel complex, and Vratnica Tumulus-mirroring a celestial configuration originating from Maia and extending through Alcyone in the Pleiades. This recurring motif of harmonic and astronomical alignment provides further support for the hypothesis that the Bosnian Pyramid Complex was constructed with intentional reference to both terrestrial energy systems and celestial symbolism.
